CG’S MANSION AUCTIONS provides a platform for users to bid on a range of products, including, but not limited to, Sunday Sessions passes, clothing and merchandise. Even though we refer to the service as an ‘auction’, we are not an auctioneer under the Auctioneers Act 2013.

We work hard to ensure the security and performance of our platform but don’t guarantee that our Services will be 100% secure, uninterrupted or error-free. We provide our services on an ‘as is’ basis, without any warranty of any kind. That means your use of our platform is at your own risk. It also means that we exclude and disclaim all implied warranties, to the extent that we legally can, such as fitness for purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.
We retain all of our intellectual property rights, including our rights in the software and source code used, to provide our platform and services. You may not adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any part of the platform, or commercialise or on-sell any information obtained from the platform or our services, without our prior written permission.
You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorised automated means to access the platform or information featured on it for any purpose. You also may not manually scrape, harvest or otherwise extract data from our platform without our express permission.
ACCOUNT SECURITY & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Members are responsible for their own account security. This means, you are responsible for all the activity that happens on your account. To protect your account, be sure to keep your log in information secure and do not share your log in details with any other person. We encourage our members not to share their membership with any other person and to change your password frequently for your security. You must maintain and update your personal and account information, to ensure it’s always current and correct.
BIDDING & PAYMENTS
Our service is based on a bidding model, whereby users can manually bid or auto bid on auction items. Auto bids are set by members. Members must be logged in to bid on auctions.
You should only place a bid if you intend to buy the Item at the price entered. Remember, placing the winning bid creates a legal contract between you and CG’S MANSION AUCTIONS where you agree to complete the trade.
In the event you win an auction, you can immediately process your payment securely (via Stripe). Payments for goods purchased are required as soon as possible, and within one week of the auction closing. We use a secure payment gateway (Stripe) to process payments and do not store your payment information.
If you don’t pay for an Item that you’ve agreed to purchase, we may issue you a warning, or we suspend/ terminate your membership without giving you any prior warning.
As a member of our platform, we may contact you from time to time when we think something may be relevant to you. This may include information about your membership, your transactions and any other activities on the platform. Subject to your email preferences, we may also contact you with information or promotions about our other services that we think you’ll be interested in. You can unsubscribe from all emails and newsletters that don’t contain important information about using the platform at any time.
CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT
Members of CG’S MANSION AUCTIONS can terminate their membership/ account at any time, for any reason. Please note it may take up to 48 hours to process your account cancellation request. Similarly, CG’S MANSION AUCTIONS may cancel/ terminate your account at any time, for any reason. Reasons may include, but are limited to, suspicious account activity, non-payment following an auction win (in accordance with our Terms) or other misuse of your account. If your membership is terminated (by you or by us), your ability to access our platform will end and you will no longer be able to use our services.
CHANGE OF SERVICES
We are continually changing and improving our platform and services. We may add or remove features or functions without prior notice. We may suspend or stop providing a service altogether without prior notice.
If you have a dispute with the platform, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to resolve it. If we need to contact you about a dispute, we’ll use the last email address you gave us or any other reasonable method.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage that results from your use of the platform and services. We won’t be liable to you or any other person in connection with the services, this platform, your use of the services or platform, or for anything that is outside of our reasonable control. We won’t be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, relating to any item purchased on our platform.
